Chilton's Farmers Market

The Chilton Farmers Market will be held every Friday from June 13, 2025 through October 10, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. located at Klinkner Park, 815 Memorial Drive (corner of Memorial Drive and Calumet Street).

 

Vendor rules at the Chilton Farmers Market:

☑️ Vendor spaces will be assigned and it is required that you set up in the same space each week if you are a regular weekly vendor.
☑️ Vendors that occasionally participate will be assigned available space and may not be assigned the same space each time they participate.
☑️ Booth should be set up by 9:45 a.m.
☑️ Vendors are not allowed to use/set up in the pavilion at the park. Electricity from the pavilion is not to be used by vendors. If you use a City picnic table, please return it to where you got it from.
☑️ If you use a canopy it must be weighted down. It is required that you have at least a 25# weight on each leg of the canopy.
☑️ Certain items are not allowed to be sold at the market - i.e. weapons, guns, knives, etc. If we already have a vendor selling a certain type of product, we might not allow another vendor to sell the same product.
☑️ We do not allow political parties, campaigning at the market.
☑️ If selling processed foods (jams, jelly, pickled foods, etc.) your containers must be properly labeled and sealed. If you have questions about labeling, we will provide you with information about what is required.
☑️ You must post a sign that states "These canned goods are homemade and are not subject to state inspection."
☑️ Some items not allowed are pickled, eggs, dried meat, beef jerky, foods with a pH above 4.6, or dried foods.

☑️ Please be considerate of your fellow vendors. Encouraging customers to come and buy your products while they are looking at other vendor products is not permitted.

☑️ Disruptive behavior, verbal abuse of fellow vendors or market manager will not be tolerated and is grounds for not being allowed to continue as vendor.
