Chilton Fire Department
Welcome to the City of Chilton Fire Department website. We are a progressive fire department that offers our members diversified opportunities, such as fire suppression, high angel rescue, vehicle extrication (Jaws of Life), fire inspection, leadership, and fundraising events throughout the year.
The City of Chilton Fire Department currently has 36 firefighters and 15 first responders that are proud of our rich history and service to the community that dates back to 1874. Members of this department strive to research new and innovative ways of providing the most efficient and professional services possible to those who reside, work or visit our community.
The City of Chilton Fire Department provides fire protection and first responder requests to citizens of the City of Chilton, along with the Townships of Brothertown,

Mission Statement
The mission of the Chilton Fire Department is to protect lives and property within our community and to be responsive to their needs. To accomplish this mission we challenge ourselves to become knowledgeable and proficient in the mitigation of all hazards, public education and all good faith rescues. We strive to be the role models of our community. Our commitment to community applies to all those we serve through mutual aid and statewide programs, such as The Mutual Aid Box Alarms System (M.A.B.A.S.)
