ATV/UTV Ordinance
On December 21, 2021, the Chilton Common Council voted to approve All-Terrain Vehicle Routes and Regulating the use of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs). All definitions of this ordinance are created under Wisconsin State Statute §23.33(11)(a) and incorporated herein by reference.
ATV/UTV Ordinance is effective February 1, 2022
